The Racine Boys formed at 18th Place and Racine in the year 1970 which was the same year Bishops and Latin Brothers began in the same area.  Bishops and Counts hung out at 19th and Racine and this made Racine Boys, Bishops and Counts allies and good friends.

The Racine Boys were arch enemies with the Two One Boys, Satan Disciples, Latin Kings and Ambrose.  The worst enemies of Racine Boys were Latin Kings and Two Ones.

In the year 1980 a fight broke out at a party held with Bishops, Latin Counts and Racine Boys.  The Racine Boys got into it badly with the Bishops especially which led to a Racine Boy shooting a Bishops paralyzing him for life.  The Bishops retaliated and killed a Racine Boy which started the war between Racine Boys against Bishops and Counts.  The Racine Boys then allied with Ambrose and were able to join the Folk alliance alongside Ambrose in the year 1981.  Some wars the RBs held onto was their wars with Two Ones and Satan Disciples even though they joined Folks.

Many Racine Boys flipped to Ambrose over the years and the organization began to shrink in the 1990s and even more in the 2000s decade.  It was said the Racine Boys were still active all around Dvorak Park as late as around 2010 but now it is said that area is completely ran by Ambrose.
